Introduction

Baruch Holdings LLC ("Baruch Holdings," "we," "us," or "our") operates EarnCommand OS and is the data controller for personal data described in this notice, except where another party is identified as independently responsible.

This notice applies when you visit our website, create or use an account, use product features, connect an integration, request support, or otherwise interact with EarnCommand OS.

Information We May Collect

Account Information may include your name, email address, authentication records, plan selection, subscription status, support requests, and security events.

Profile and Business Information may include skills, interests, constraints, goals, opportunity preferences, project notes, launch plans, assumptions, milestones, and operating history you choose to enter.

Financial Tracking Information may include user-entered revenue, expenses, targets, forecasts, pricing assumptions, margins, and scenario inputs. It is planned for decision support, not accounting advice.

Customer and CRM Information may include lead names, company names, pipeline stages, notes, outreach history, deal status, and follow-up reminders that you choose to store.

AI Interactions may include prompts, responses, selected context, reasoning summaries, recommendation feedback, and labels distinguishing facts from assumptions and estimates.

Usage and Analytics may include page views, feature interactions, device and browser information, approximate location from request metadata, errors, and performance information needed to improve reliability.

Connected Services may provide data when you authorize an integration. The information received depends on the provider and permissions you select.

We do not receive your complete payment-card details. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, independently collects and processes payment and transaction information for checkout, subscription management, tax compliance, fraud prevention, invoicing, and refunds under its own privacy notice.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, fraud prevention, and reliable operation. These are necessary to provide the service.

We process usage, device, network, security, and support data for our legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing fraud and abuse, diagnosing errors, measuring performance, and improving the product, balanced against your rights.

We process transaction status and subscription records to perform our contract and meet legal obligations relating to accounting, tax, disputes, and compliance. We rely on consent for optional marketing or non-essential cookies where required, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

We may also process data to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users and the public, and establish or defend legal claims.

Service Providers

We share personal data only as needed with service providers and subprocessors that support hosting, authentication, storage, AI processing, analytics, communications, security, and customer support, subject to appropriate contractual protections.

We share order and account-related data with Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the service, subscription management, payments, fraud prevention, tax compliance, invoicing, customer-service inquiries, and returns. Paddle acts under its own legal obligations for its processing.

We may share data with professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors, and accountants; with authorities where required by law; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data Retention

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support reactivation, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion as described below.

Security logs and support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, and legal claims. Transaction and accounting records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, and other applicable laws. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Data Export

You may use available in-product tools to export eligible information or request a copy through the EarnCommand OS contact page. Some information may be withheld where necessary to protect others, security, legal privilege, or legal obligations.

Account Deletion

You may use available account controls or the EarnCommand OS contact page to request deletion. We will delete or anonymize eligible data after verifying the request, subject to records we must retain for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, authentication protections, encryption in transit, restricted administrative access, monitoring, and data-minimization practices.

No security measure can guarantee absolute protection. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

International Users

Our providers may process personal data outside your state, country, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area. Where required, we use safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, and contractual and technical protections.

Children / Age Requirements

EarnCommand OS is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children who cannot lawfully consent to the processing in their jurisdiction.

UK and EEA requests are normally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions.
