Acceptable Use & Community Rules
EC-LGL-2026-10-14 | Version date: October 14, 2026
Version and application
For a new customer, the contractual terms in this version take effect when Baruch Holdings LLC has published or supplied this version and the customer validly accepts it. For an existing customer, they take effect on the date communicated in the required change notice, subject to any required affirmative acceptance and the protections in Terms of Service Section 29. The version date above is not a representation of an earlier publication or acceptance.
Privacy and technology notices apply to the processing they describe when they are supplied or published as the applicable notices. They do not turn acknowledgment into consent, authorize processing before required disclosures or safeguards exist, or extinguish rights concerning earlier conduct. No charge, renewal authorization, signature, provider approval, or transfer instrument is created merely by generating or receiving this file.
Parts A–K contain the public agreements and notices. Part L and Annexes A–E contain the Data Processing Addendum. Provider-specific disclosures and any required transfer instruments must be supplied and validly authorized for the affected processing as those provisions require. They are not replaced by a generic provider category. Separate reseller agreements and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
1. Honest and lawful participation
Use the Service and any available community features for lawful learning, planning, and collaboration. Be truthful about identity, experience, results, credentials, affiliations, and paid relationships. Do not promise guaranteed earnings, fabricate reviews or evidence, mislabel fictional users as customers, or promote scams and prohibited transactions.
2. Privacy and respect
Do not expose another person’s private records, publish unauthorized recordings or likenesses, harass or threaten people, or post unlawful discriminatory content. Joining a community does not grant access to private workspaces. Share only information you are authorized to disclose and use deliberate sharing controls.
Do not post identifying information about minors or restricted sensitive data. A disagreement, negative opinion, or truthful criticism is not automatically abuse. Report suspected violations without publishing unnecessary personal information.
3. Technical and communication limits
Do not distribute malware, steal credentials, probe accounts without authorization, defeat limits, or extract data unlawfully. Do not send unsolicited bulk promotions or evade an unsubscribe or suppression instruction. A CRM record is not proof of marketing permission. Use integrations within the approved permissions and applicable external-provider rules.
4. Moderation and review
We may investigate reports and remove content, limit functions, or suspend access in proportion to a credible violation or risk. Where lawful and practicable, we will identify the reason and allow correction or an appeal. Urgent safety or security action may precede notice. We do not promise universal advance review or verification of every member post.
Send a report or appeal to baruchstk@gmail.com with the relevant page, account identifier if known, and a concise explanation. Do not retaliate against good-faith reporters. We will follow any additional local notice, moderation, complaint, and user-redress duties that apply to a feature, and must not offer that feature in a jurisdiction without the procedures that its applicable law requires.
