Integration & External-Action Notice
EC-LGL-2026-10-14 | Version date: October 14, 2026
Version and application
For a new customer, the contractual terms in this version take effect when Baruch Holdings LLC has published or supplied this version and the customer validly accepts it. For an existing customer, they take effect on the date communicated in the required change notice, subject to any required affirmative acceptance and the protections in Terms of Service Section 29. The version date above is not a representation of an earlier publication or acceptance.
Privacy and technology notices apply to the processing they describe when they are supplied or published as the applicable notices. They do not turn acknowledgment into consent, authorize processing before required disclosures or safeguards exist, or extinguish rights concerning earlier conduct. No charge, renewal authorization, signature, provider approval, or transfer instrument is created merely by generating or receiving this file.
Parts A–K contain the public agreements and notices. Part L and Annexes A–E contain the Data Processing Addendum. Provider-specific disclosures and any required transfer instruments must be supplied and validly authorized for the affected processing as those provisions require. They are not replaced by a generic provider category. Separate reseller agreements and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
1. Authorization before connection
A connection must identify the provider, the relevant account, data categories, requested permissions, possible actions, additional charges if any, and how to disconnect. Review the provider’s separate terms and privacy notice. Do not connect an account you are not authorized to administer.
2. Instructions and limits
A draft, recommendation, or AI conversation alone does not authorize transmission, publication, purchase, commitment, or changes to external records. Autonomous external actions are excluded from this agreement. For an available action that you expressly instruct, the permission must specify the affected data and destination and remain within your authorization.
3. Disconnection and completed actions
You may revoke the connection using the disclosed control, and may need to revoke permissions in the external provider’s account as well. We will stop future activity within our control after revocation is effective. Disconnection does not necessarily recall messages, reverse completed transactions, or delete data that the provider lawfully retains. Report unexpected activity promptly.
4. Third-party changes
Providers can change access, fees, technical limits, or availability. We may suspend an unsafe or unavailable connection, subject to the remedies for material reduction of a paid service. We remain responsible for actions and processing within our control; referring to a third party is not a blanket release from that responsibility.
