Intellectual Property, Safety & Accessibility Notices

EC-LGL-2026-10-14 | Version date: October 14, 2026

For a new customer, the contractual terms in this version take effect when Baruch Holdings LLC has published or supplied this version and the customer validly accepts it. For an existing customer, they take effect on the date communicated in the required change notice, subject to any required affirmative acceptance and the protections in Terms of Service Section 29. The version date above is not a representation of an earlier publication or acceptance.

Privacy and technology notices apply to the processing they describe when they are supplied or published as the applicable notices. They do not turn acknowledgment into consent, authorize processing before required disclosures or safeguards exist, or extinguish rights concerning earlier conduct. No charge, renewal authorization, signature, provider approval, or transfer instrument is created merely by generating or receiving this file.

Parts A–K contain the public agreements and notices. Part L and Annexes A–E contain the Data Processing Addendum. Provider-specific disclosures and any required transfer instruments must be supplied and validly authorized for the affected processing as those provisions require. They are not replaced by a generic provider category. Separate reseller agreements and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual-property complaints

Send an intellectual-property concern to baruchstk@gmail.com or our postal address. Identify the work or right involved, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, and a concise explanation of your authority and claim. A claim should be accurate and made in good faith. Do not claim ownership of material merely because it resembles an idea.

We may request further information, notify the affected user when appropriate, remove or restrict material, and address repeated established infringement under the Terms. We will preserve lawful exceptions and applicable response procedures. This general reporting channel does not claim that a Digital Millennium Copyright Act designated agent has been registered. Any statutory agent and counter-notice process must be separately identified when validly established; mandatory rights and court remedies remain available.

Safety and private security reporting

Report suspected fraud, harmful content, privacy exposure, unauthorized access, or security defects to baruchstk@gmail.com. Include the affected feature and enough non-sensitive detail to understand the issue. Do not send passwords or expose another user’s records. Do not conduct intrusive testing or access accounts without authorization. This notice is not a bug-bounty contract or blanket testing permission.

We will assess reports and take appropriate action, with legally required notifications where applicable. We do not promise uninterrupted staffing or that every report results in a particular enforcement outcome. Nothing here prevents protected reporting to authorities or lawful public-interest disclosure.

Accessibility

We seek to improve accessibility and usability and will consider reasonable requests for help or an alternative way to access a service or document. Contact baruchstk@gmail.com with the page or task involved and a description of the barrier. Do not send medical documentation unless it is genuinely needed through an appropriate process.

This statement is not a certification of complete conformity with a named accessibility standard. Any published testing results, targets, known limitations, or remediation dates must identify the actual work and its scope. This notice does not limit accessibility rights or remedies available under applicable law.
