Full definition
An offer hypothesis turns an idea into something that can be tested. It should be specific enough that customer evidence can support it, change it, or reject it.
Why it matters
A vague idea cannot be validated. A clear hypothesis can be compared against evidence.
Example
Independent consultants with inconsistent referrals will pay for a four-week outbound setup if it creates qualified conversations without replacing their expertise.
